Effective July 15, 2026. This page explains how Youlief orders are shipped in Canada, and our return policy.
We ship Youlief orders to deliverable addresses in Canada. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. If checkout does not offer service to your address, contact us before placing the order.
Orders are shipped through Canada Post unless another carrier or service is identified at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping is C$10 per order, and free on orders of C$100 or more. Charges, available service levels and estimated delivery timing are confirmed at checkout based on the order and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created.
Please check your name, unit number, street address, postal code and contact information before submitting an order. Contact [email protected] immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law. We will contact you if a parcel is returned to us.
If you want to cancel an order, contact [email protected] immediately with the order number. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, preference, sensitivity, ordering error or unopened products. All sales are final once shipped.
This policy does not remove rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is materially different from what was ordered or is the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the issue and provide any remedy required by law.
