These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) apply to youlief.ca and to orders initiated through the Youlief Canada shopping experience. The site is operated for the Youlief brand by Vegalab Inc., the Canadian distributor of Youlief products under licence from PL Story Ltd.
By using the site or submitting an order through the linked Shopify checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

Vegalab Inc. is the merchant of record and contracting seller for Canadian orders, shown at Shopify checkout and on receipts.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your province or territory, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order and contact information.
Youlief products sold through this site are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or to alter the structure or function of the body. Product descriptions concern the appearance and feel of skin unless expressly stated otherwise.
Follow the product label and directions. Review the ingredient list before use and stop use if irritation or discomfort develops. Website information is not medical advice. Ask an appropriate healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, allergy or concern about using a product.
We work to display products, colours, packaging, ingredients and descriptions accurately. Screen appearance may vary, and packaging or formulas may change. The label and packaging supplied with the product govern where there is a difference. Contact us before purchase if you need current ingredient or allergen information.
Prices on youlief.ca are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and disclosed during checkout before you submit the order.
The cart on youlief.ca connects to Vegalab’s Shopify-powered checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Their applicable terms may also apply to checkout and payment services.
We may correct an obvious pricing, product or technical error before accepting or fulfilling an order. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and provide any remedy required by law.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, an obvious error or a legal restriction. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer, household or order where reasonably necessary.
Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post unless another service is identified at checkout or in your shipment notice. Available services, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete and deliverable address. Shipping, delivery, cancellation, damaged-order and no-return rules are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us with your order number for a return authorization before sending anything back; returns without authorization cannot be processed. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description — in those cases contact us promptly and we will make it right at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned items. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Contact [email protected] immediately if you want to cancel an order. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. An order that has shipped is subject to the 14-day return policy in our Shipping & Returns Policy and any non-waivable statutory rights.
Promotions, discount codes and gifts may have additional conditions stated with the offer. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn before an eligible order is submitted. Changes do not affect rights attached to an already accepted order.
Customer stories describe individual experiences and do not promise typical or guaranteed results. Photos may be submitted under different lighting, timing, routines and camera conditions. Where stated, Korean reviews have been translated into English. Do not rely on testimonials as medical advice.
You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing and information purposes. You must not interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, use the site fraudulently or violate another person’s rights.
The site and its text, graphics, photographs, product names, logos, design and other content are owned by or licensed to Vegalab, PL Story Ltd. or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The site links to third-party services, including Shopify and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them.
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, representations, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, Vegalab and the Youlief brand parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable grounds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your province or territory. If you are a Quebec consumer or another law gives you mandatory local rights, those rights are not waived by these Terms.
We may update these Terms for future site use and orders. The effective date above indicates the latest update. The Terms presented when you submit an order will govern that order, subject to applicable law.
